Doug Rolle
Doug has worked at the heart of London’s restaurant scene for the past 13 years, including a 5-year stint as Head Chef at industry favourite Brawn.
He cooks delicious, produce-driven seasonal food, which is carefully sourced and rooted in tradition and culture, with a thoughtful, contemporary approach.
Doug is also a firm believer in the power that food has to educate and create meaningful social impact. He currently oversees the food offering at Sohaila, Shoreditch, a mission-driven restaurant where he also runs a hospitality training programme for young Londoners who are experiencing homelessness, providing the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to gain meaningful, lasting employment.
